For the second assignment, we have to form a group of 7 and perform the following task:

Part I :

To propose a play from a specific civilization. To select an event for the play based on themes such as sociology, engineering, archaeology or myth and legends of the civilization. To conduct a thorough research of the characteristics of the events chosen and perform the findings to the class in any form of presentations deemed best.

Part II (Individual) :

Individually, we need to create a journal of our character potrayed by ourselves in the act chosen in detail and present it in an A5 booklet.

For this assignment, I grouped with Amelisa,Barbara,Christine,Leo,Madaline,Zhao Wei and me. We were given the civilizations of Greece. Since everyone is doing about the war event in few previous semester hence we decided to focus on something different which is mainly on the culture part and the Paloponisian war event .

REFLECTION

I truthly enjoyed this assignment because we required to research on the Greece and understand their lifestyle.We understand the event and war happen during that time.Throught out this project,I have learned in depth of the history of Greece and their way of life. Although the production of props, costumes and storyline were quite tiring, but we managed to complete it on time with the cooperation of everyone.Besides, I also learned about the character of Xenophon.I try to do research study on culture,social strata and architecture on the Xenophon and apply into my video.Last but not least,I learn that practice makes perfect and we manage to perform well in video.
