PROJECT I : COMPARE CONTRAST ESSAY
In this project we are required to compare any two types of English language movies:
a)Action-Comedy films OR b) Animated films
We have to first decide on the genre that we would like to attempt for this assignment. Once this is done, we need to look through materials published on this genre to gain a better understanding of what it is all about. Then, start viewing the chosen film genres again to work on the comparison or contrast essay.Lastly, we have to write out a 6 paragraph for about 600-1000 word comparison/contrast essay.
PROJECT BREIF :
Hence I recalled two of the action-comedy flims I had watched recently.These two action-comedy flims are The Man from U.N.C.L.E and The Transporter Refueled.

REFLECTION :
This assignment serves as a strengthening exercise in essay writing because we have learned the Academic Format of an Compare-Contrast essay in Semester 1's English I. Through this assignment, I have realized that it is not easy to do an in-depth research of movies as the online sources did not provide sufficient information plus my knowledge about this two action-comedy movie is quite blur so I decided to donwload the movies to watch before I extract and analyse the information of both movies. However I got 28/40 for my essay but at least I know it is a good time for me to improve my writting skills.Last but not least, this assignment made me explore the inner workings of the film.
